Employment Practices Liability Insurance

Employment Practices Liability (EPL) insurance protects an employer from employees’ claims alleging discrimination, wrongful termination or harassment, including sexual harassment.

ERIE will offer EPL coverage as an endorsement for Ultrapack policies effective Nov. 1, 2007, in all states where we do business excluding New York.

ERIE’s EPL endorsement is a claims-made coverage. It provides financial protection for covered losses. Specialized claims handling and access to loss prevention resources are provided through Hartford Steam Boiler, our partner in offering EPL coverage.
