Terms and Conditions Photos must not contain nudity, violent or offensive material, or copyrighted images. By participating in the contest and submitting your photo you agree to the terms of ERIE’s photo policy. I hereby grant to ERIE1, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, successors and assigns, the right to use my photo as it relates to the “Lookin’ Out Gear Photo Contest,” in any of the ERIE’s Web sites, marketing, promotional and audiovisual material. I waive any right to approve any articles or related advertising matter used in connection therewith. This release and authorization shall extend to any and all republications of the article, audiovisual media or image use in any compilations, and any and all phases of the exploitation of the article, audiovisual media or image, including publicity, promotion and advertising.
