Claims
You have the following options to file a claim:
- Contact your
agent during business hours
- Call a local
ERIE office near you during business hours
- File
your claim online
- Call the After Hours Claims Service at (800) 367-3743
during weekends and 5:30 p.m. to 8 a.m. on weekdays
- File an auto glass claims by calling ERIEGlasssm at
(800) 552-ERIE, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
(Damage to a vehicle, except for glass, should be
reported to your agent or local Erie Insurance office.
- If you’ve been a victim of identity theft and you have ERIE’s Identity Recovery Coverage, call 1-866-ERIENOW to file a claim.
Note: When contacting Erie Insurance to report
a claim, please be advised that the company cannot provide advice
or counsel policyholders on whether or not to file a claim. Erie
Insurance is obligated to file the claim when contacted by a policyholder.
Discussions about how the claim will impact your policy or questions
about whether or not to file a claim should be directed to your Erie
Insurance agent.
