Web site (“Site”) without charge to the general public (“Users”)
for the purpose of providing Users information about ERIE, its services,
and insurance services in general. The Site may be used for that purpose
only and not for any commercial purposes.

Bound by These Terms

downloading materials from the Site, you agree to abide and be legally
bound by these Terms of Use, including any changes to these terms that
are made by ERIE and reflected in the Terms of Use posted on the Site

INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR PROGRAMS OR OTHER DATA ON ANY INFORMATION

Choice of Law

operated and administered by ERIE from its offices within the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, United States of America. ERIE makes no representation
that Information at this Site are appropriate or available for use at

territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. The Site
may not be used to sell insurance products in any state where ERIE is
not licensed to do business. You may not use the Site or export the Information
in violation of U. S. export laws and regulations. If you access this
Site from a location outside of the United States, you are responsible
for compliance with all local laws.
The laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will govern these Terms
and Conditions of use, without giving effect to any of its conflict
of laws provisions that would direct the application of the laws of
any other jurisdiction.

Relation to Other Agreements

the entire agreement between ERIE and you with respect to your use of
the Site. In addition, use of this Site is subject to all applicable
policies relating to doing business with ERIE, including but not limited
to ERIE’s Privacy Policy, which is set forth in full below.

Severability

If for any reason a
court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement
or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision will be enforced
to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the Agreement,
and the remainder of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
